LUGGAGE DROP OFF- WEDNESDAY, MAY 13 @6PM-BHS AUDITORIUM

 

PLEASE HAVE YOUR STUDENTS AT BHS BY NO LATER THEN 6AM FRIDAY, MAY 15 TO LOAD BUSES

 

PASSPORT OR PASSPORT CARD REQUIRED

BLACK CONCERT ATTIRE REQUIRED

Darien Lake and Niagara Falls Trip Schedule

 

 

 

Friday                          May 15, 2015

6:00 am                        Load the bus at Brookfield High School

6:30 am                        The bus will depart from the school for Canada

Lunch stop en route to Niagara Falls - $10 cash provided

2:00 pm                        The bus will arrive at Niagara Falls in Canada

                        The group will be dropped off on Falls Avenue and will stay together for the afternoon

3:00 pm                        Group booking on the Maid of the Mist Boat Ride to Niagara Falls

4:00 pm                        Group booking at Journey Behind the Falls

                        Free time to visit some of the other Niagara Falls attractions

                        Dinner is on your own in Niagara Falls - $15 cash provided

6:00 pm                        Load the bus on Falls Avenue

The bus will depart from Niagara Falls for the hotel

7:30 pm                        The bus will arrive at the hotel:            The Holiday Inn Express Batavia

                                                                        4356 Commerce Drive

Batavia, New York

                        Free time at the hotel pool

10:30 pm            Room Checks will be conducted by the chaperones

 

 

 

 

Saturday              May 16, 2015

7:30 am                        Wake Up calls will be made by the hotel

8:30 am                        Breakfast buffet at the hotel - Included

9:45 am                        Load the bus at the hotel

10:00 am            The bus will depart from the hotel for Darien Lake Park

10:30 am            Admission into Darien Lake Park

12:00 pm            Group picnic lunch at Darien Lake Park - Included

1:00 pm                        The festival performance will take place at Darien Lake Park - Site #9

5:00 pm                        Music Fest Darien Lake Festival Awards Ceremony at Pavilion #7

                        Dinner is on your own in Darien Lake Park - $15 cash provided

8:00 pm                        Load the bus at Darien Park

The bus will depart from the park for the hotel

                        Free time at the hotel pool

11:00 pm            Room checks will be conducted by the chaperones

 

 

 

Sunday                May 17, 2015

7:00 am                        Wake Up calls will be made by the hotel

8:00 am                        Breakfast buffet at the hotel - Included

9:00 am                        Load the bus at the hotel in the morning

9:15 am                        The bus will depart from the hotel for Brookfield

                        Lunch stop en route to Brookfield - $10 cash provided

5:00 pm                        Approx. arrival at Brookfield High School
