Brookfield High School Chorus and Drama

HERSHEY PARK- May 19-21

 

Dear Hershey Park Participants/Families,
 
Our luggage drop off will be held on Thursday, May 18th from 4:00pm-5:30pm in the BHS Auditorium. Please understand that all luggage MUST be dropped and off at this time, not the morning of the trip.

Luggage should consist of one medium sized piece of luggage, a garment bag is optional for concert attire (Black and White formal) and a backpack (or small carry on) for the bus ride.

ALL MEDICATIONS and FORMS NEED TO BE BROUGHT AT THAT TIME AS WELL.

CHAPERONES: It is necessary that you attend this meeting to assist with luggage check. Please arrive at 3:45pm

The morning of the trip, please have your student arrive no later than 7:30am and go directly to the BHS Auditorium. We load the buses promptly at 8:00am for an 8:30am departure.
